RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Vignora, each piece is crafted and delivered with exceptional care. We are committed to ensuring that your experience meets the highest standards — in line with consumer protection principles in the Sultanate of Oman.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged during delivery
  • The item is defective or not as described
  • The incorrect item was delivered

Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

 Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings and pierced jewelry
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours
  2. Provide clear photos of:
    • The product
    • The packaging

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Full refund

 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error

 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damage, defect, wrong item):
    Return shipping will be covered by Vignora
  • For other approved returns:
     Shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

 Compliance with Omani Consumer Protection

In accordance with the Public Authority for Consumer Protection (Oman):

  • Customers are entitled to receive goods that match their description and quality
  • Sellers are responsible for resolving valid complaints regarding defects or misrepresentation
  • Refunds or replacements must be offered in cases of confirmed faults
