We currently offer delivery within the Sultanate of Oman, with a focus on Muscat.

For international requests, please contact us directly for a bespoke shipping arrangement.

Delivery Experience

We offer curated delivery options tailored to your needs:

  • Same-Day Delivery (Muscat)
    Orders placed before 4:00 PM are delivered the same day
  • Next-Day Delivery
    Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the following day

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched during our operational hours (9:00 AM – 8:00 PM).

Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Packaging & Handling

All Vignora pieces are presented in our signature packaging to ensure:

  • Protection during transit
  • A refined unboxing experience
  • Suitability for gifting

Delivery Conditions

To ensure a seamless experience:

  • Please provide accurate delivery details (address and contact number)
  • Our courier partner will coordinate delivery via phone if needed
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, a re-delivery may be arranged subject to availability

Delays

While we strive for punctual delivery, rare delays may occur due to:

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances
  • Peak demand periods

In such cases, we will proactively keep you informed.

Damaged or Lost Items

We take full responsibility for your order while it is in transit.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the packaging and product

We will promptly arrange a resolution, including replacement where applicable.

Returns & Exchanges (Delivery-related)

  • Delivery-related returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Exchange deliveries may involve an additional shipping fee
  • Failed deliveries or refused orders may incur a partial delivery charge
